| 摘 要： | 田径裁判对办好田径赛事,促进田径运动发展和田径运动技术水平的提高起着重要的作用,因此田径裁判员必须具有多种素质和能力。如何采用行之有效的途径与方法,全面提高裁判员的素质,以适应迅速发展的国际、国内大赛需要,是田径工作者重要的研究课题之一。
