| 摘 要： | 以网络资源观和社会网络理论为基础，引入网络能力的概念并研究其结构和对创新绩效的作用机制。通过文献回顾和理论分析，认为网络能力可分成战略性的网络规划能力和操作性的网络配置能力、网络运作能力和网络占位能力，并构建了网络能力对创新绩效的作用机制模型。运用结构方程模型和企业大样本数据的方法，实证分析表明网络能力对企业创新绩效具有显著的正向影响，且知识转移在其中起到部分中介作用，揭示了企业主动管理外部网络的过程和价值获取的机制。
