澳大利亚维多利亚州基于e5教学模式下的教师教学专业发展标准述评

摘    要:2008年,澳大利亚维多利亚州发布了由参与、探索、解释、阐述、评估五部分组成的e5教学模式的改革方案,确定了师资力量的提高是下一阶段改革的重点。并且在实践中探索出"e5教学模式———教学实践能力指标———教师教学专业发展标准"的发展路径。

Abstract:Victoria State of Australia released the e5 Teaching Model reform program which include five parts of engagement,exploration,explanation,elaboration and evaluation in 2008.It focused the improvement of teachers'qualification for next phase of reform.A development path of e5 Teaching Mode-Indicators of Teaching Ability-Standards of Teaching Professional Development has been explored during the practice of reform.
