| 摘 要： | 任何教师素质的培养都是在一定的教育教学目标下,基于一定教育教学任务和实践要求等为前提性参照的。教育目标、教育教学实践要求的变化,必然需要教师素质培养的适当调整。以建构主义为指导来改革我国的教师教育,具有积极的意义和实践的可行性;建议应转变观念,确立新的教师观、教师知识观和教师发展目标观,构建以学习者主动参与、合作学习为基础的教育教学观。
