高校教师对E-learning的认知和理解的调查研究

摘    要:目前我国许多高校正在积极实施E-learning,以促进教学方式的转变和教学模式的改革。教师是推动E-learning的主要力量,他们对E-learning的认知、理解和态度很大程度上影响到了E-learning能否成功有效地实施。通过对从事E-learning的高校教师的深度访谈内容的分析研究,该文就教师对E-learning的认识、理解以及实践中的体验和存在的困难进行了详细地论述,以期对进一步推动E-learning的实施提供有益的借鉴和参考。

Abstract:Nowadays E-learning is being applied in high education to promote the transform of the instruction mode. And the teachers are the main forces to advance the implementation of E-learning. Their perception,understanding and attitudes,to great extent,influence the effectiveness and success of E-learning. This paper analyzes the data from an in-depth interview of some teachers from high education and discusses their perception and understanding of E-learning as well as the experience and difficulties in the instructional practice. The author also offers some suggestions. Hopefully it will be helpful to promote the implementation of E-learning.
