| 摘 要： | 本文依据书目等级和核心元素的思想，从原则和方法步骤两个方面讨论了CNMARC核心元素集的设计，井以普通图书为例设计了CNMARC核心元素集。文章最后还揭示了CNMARC核心元素集与DC的关系，以求尽快促成我国CNMARC核心元素集的制定。

It also gives a design, taking monographs as an example. Then, it points out the relationship between core element set of CNMARC and DC, in order to develop the design of CNMARC Core Element Set. |
