基于CCII+仿真电感的电流模式五阶高通滤波器设计

摘    要:提出了一种用第二代电流传送器 CCII+]的接地仿真电感电路 ,并利用此CCII +仿真电感设计了一个基于 LC梯形的电流模式五价高通滤波器 ,此法可进一步推广到更高阶高通滤波器的设计 .文中对截止频率分别为 10kHz ,2 5kHz ,10 0kHz的电流模式五阶Butterworth滤波器进行了计算机仿真 ,模拟结果与理论分析一致

Abstract:In this paper,a grounded simulated inductor using the second generation current conveyor(CCII+) is presented,and a current mode fifth order highpass filter based on LC ladder circuit which uses the CCII+ simulated inductors is desinged. This design approach can be further popularized to the design of higher high pass filters. The current mode fifth order highpass filters of which the cutoff frequency is 10?kHz,25?kHz and 100?kHz respectively are simulated by computer.Simulation results agree with the theoretical analysis.
