| 摘 要： | 总部经济通过企业总部与总部基地相互作用而得到快速发展。为了使总部经济得到持续发展应通过发展总部文化来为获得初期成功的总部经济提供新的动力源，但发展总部文化又必须要使总部经济与总部文化能够协调发展。针对协调过程的两个方面即文化与战略的协调和文化与制度安排的协调，进一步提出了总部文化发展的内容。

| Abstract: | Headquarter is economy developed rapidly by enterprise headquarter and headquarter base. Headquarters culture can supply a new source for the development of the headquarter-base which achieves success by headquarters economy. The development of headquarters economy and headquarter culture must be coordinated. The coordination is divided into two parts in this paper,that is,cuhure and strategy and culture and institution. The content of the headquarters culture is also put up. |
