| 摘 要： | 实习是矿业类学科教学过程中一个非常重要的环节，是培养理工科学生宽厚的基础知识和创新能力的重要教学措施之一。晋煤集团凤凰山煤矿根据资源衰竭的实际情况，充分利用矿井现有井下巷道条件好、技术力雄厚和地面教学及食宿等后勤设施完善等条件下，建设了全国第一个矿业类综合实习基地。可在保障安全的前提下，从根本上化解学生实习与安全生产的矛盾，解决矿业类院校学生实习难的问题，担负起国有大矿的社会责任。同时探索一条实习产业化经营的新路，也解决衰老矿区部分富余人员的安置问题。
