| 摘 要： | 第二次世界大战以后,西方发达国家逐步完成了从工业社会向后工业社会的转型,工业在国民经济中的地位逐步下降,服务业的地位则日益重要。在这种转型中,工业城市的前景面临着巨大的挑战,为了挽回发展颓势,许多工业城市纷纷对城市的经济结构进行了适时调整,从而使其获得了新生。

| Abstract: | After World War II, western countries have gradually transited from an industrial to post-industrial era in which the heavy industries have declined while the service industries improved. During this transformation, the industrial cities are faced with great challenges. Thus, economic restructuring reforms are performed, which help them to regain new opportunities. |
