| 摘 要： | 在分析我国中职学校教师培养培训现状基础上,借鉴国内外先进职教经验,建立一套中职学校教师通用能力标准,对中职学校教师所必须具备的知识、技能、态度等作出指标性规定,作为培养培训、考核评估中职学校教师通用能力的依据和标准。中职学校教师通用能力标准研究的内容有以下八个方面:示范和传授职业道德的能力,开展行业联系能力,从事课程开发能力,教学设计与实施能力,指导职场健康与安全能力,提高专业发展能力,开展教育交流与合作能力,指导就业与创业能力。职教教师通用能力标准的研究对于完善中职学校教师准入制度和培训制度,促进中职学校教师专业发展,优化中职学校教师队伍,具有重要的实践和理论价值。

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the current state of teachers' cultivation and training in secondary vocational schools in China,and by learning from the advanced experience both in China and other countries,our research is to establish a set of universal ability standards to evaluate the necessary knowledge,skills and suitable attitude of vocational teachers, which will also be the standards or evidence to train and assess vocational teachers.The research on the universal ability standards of secondary vocational school teachers involves the following eight aspects: the ability of demonstrating and imparting occupational ethics,the ability of keeping in touch with the profe.~ions,the ability of exploring the curriculum, the ability of designing teaching and implementing,the ability of guiding the occupational health and safety,the ability of improving professional development,the ability of educational communication and cooperation,the ability of guiding how to obtain employment and doing pioneering work.It is valuable both on theory and practice for perfecting the rules of the admission of vocational teachers,promoting vocational school teachers' professional development and optimizing the teaching staffs. |
