| 摘 要： | 以电子政务为标志的政府信息化是当今社会发展的客观要求。在政府信息化建设中,发达国家的经验值得我们借鉴。我国政府信息化起步较晚,为了适应社会发展的需要,我们必须重视在政府信息化的认识和理念方面,在政府信息化的制度保证方面和在信息资源管理方面所存在的问题,使我国政府信息化进程顺利推进。

| Abstract: | As a symbol of electronic government affair,the informationalization of the government is the objective demand of the present social development.In the construction of the informationalization of the government,the experience of advanced countries is worth using for reference.The informationlization of our government has started relatively late.In order to fit in with the needs of social development,importance must be attached to the existing problems in the knowledge,ideas,system guarantee and information source management of the informationlization of the government,so that the course of the informationlization of the government can be smoothly carried forward. |
