| Abstract: | The prominent characteristics of hengzhouhua at Lingshan: guhuimu are pronounced as m] except one; most of guxinmu are pronoumced as (?)]; there are such endings as m p t k ]; there are 10 tones; gusisheng (the four tones of Chinese pronunciation) are classified as yin or yang according to the phonetic conditions, voiced or voiceless. The list collects over 3600 words. |
