| 摘 要： | 在分析黑龙江省农业产业化融资存在问题及形成原因的基础上,提出建立政府投资与政策性金融机构融资的长效机制;完善农业信贷;允许农民多种形式流转土地承包权;发展农业政策性保险以及拓宽资本市场股权融资等解决农业产业化融资困境的对策.
