| 摘 要： | 视频教学是现代教学中的一种教学手段。大众健身操教学，不仅充分利用Internet技术资源，开拓了健身操教学的领域，丰富了教学手段，而且顺应了未来技术发展的需要。从当前学生学习现状着手，因地区条件差异与环境因素，让学生学会利用现有的科技资源和信息手段，选择适合自身的学习内容与教授内容。多层面多角度进行练习，为健身操教学提供服务。

| Abstract: | Video instruction is a modern teaching approach in modern instruction.The public instruction of body building exercise not only makes full use of Internet technological resource but opens up the field of body building exercise teaching,enriches teaching methods and adapts the requirement of future technology development.Starting from the present situation of students'learning and considering the factors of different areas and environment,it is required that students should take advantage of the present scientific and technological resource and information approaches,and choose the learning and teaching content.This can provide service for body building exercise teaching from different angles. |
