| 摘 要： | 教育具有产业特性，要把产业观念带入教育行业，按教育的生产规律和收益规律办学。教育的产业运作主要是：优化资源配置，实现最大化效益；引入现代企业管理制度；建立质量控制系统；适度规模发展；打造品牌形成核心竞争优势；优化产业结构加强发展的内在动力等。

The main content of the property operation of education is : optimizing resources distribution and realizing the maximum benefit; introducing the modernized management system; setting up quality controlling system; optimum developing the scale; establishing its special brand so as to form the core of competitive edge; optimize the property structure and strengthen its internal motive force of development |
