| 摘 要： | 社会救助是社会保障体系的一个重要组成部分,在维护社会稳定、保障公民人权方面发挥着重要作用。而对社会救助概念的正确界定对于我国社会救助立法的完善具有重要意义。本文即从社会救助概念及其本身所包含的内容来对社会救助进行界定,以期对我国社会救助的立法完善有所借鉴。
