摘    要:随着信息技术的发展,教师网络研修由于其时空分离、开放灵活的特征,受到各国教育行政部门和一线教师的青睐。然而目前的教师网络研修存在研修方式单一、参与者少、交流内容浮于表面、持续性差等问题。基于活动理论和现代远程教育理论构建的教师网络实践共同体研修活动设计模型,纵向结构上以规范、统一的教师基本网络研修活动为基本构件,通过活动调用接口,形成多层次的教师网络研修活动流;横向结构上按对活动任务起直接或间接作用的因素进行区分,以完成活动设计过程中的主次问题,最终解决教师网络研修活动设计复杂、重用与共享难、实践性弱等问题。

Abstract:With the development of information technology,online training for teachers has found favor with teachers and educational administrative departments in different countries because of its features of spatial and temporal separation,openness and flexibility.Currently,there are some problems in teacher online training,such as monotonous activity model,fewer participants,superficial communication content and poor persistence.It is proposed in this paper that an online teacher training activity design model should be based on activity theory and modern distance educational theory.On the longitudinal structure of the model,the normative and unified basic online training activities are working as the basic components.The online teacher training activity can be made at multiple levels through interface with activities.On the transverse structure of the model,the activities consist of some design elements,which are differentiated by their direct or indirect effect on the activity tasks.Eventually,the online teacher training activity design model can solve such problems as complexity in design,difficulty in reuse and sharing,and poor practicability.
