| 摘 要： | 网络普及、学生上网人数的急剧增加，以及网络对大学生的深刻影响决定了高校迫切需要加强对学生工作网络阵地的建设，建设的核心与重点在于坚固网络阵地基础、健全网络安全保障机制、净化网络文化、倡导网络文明、强化网络法治功能和优化学生工作网络队伍。
