| Abstract: | Accompany with the progress of science, the adjustment of production structure and the continuous rising of technical contents in industrial production, the necessity to professional & technical personnel in whole society are being increased urgently Developing higher vocational & technical education positively has become universal understanding and important strategy to many countries including China. It promotes the development of higher vocational & technical education vigorously because of its own flexible feature in running school, which can adopt individual differences in intellectual ability structure and their developing needs. |
