摘    要:文章运用文献资料研究方法,从太极拳运动的太极拳功理、养生价值、健身价值、生理作用以及太极拳的锻炼环境和时间五个方面阐述了太极拳的健身原理和方法,从而使更多的人了解并加入到太极拳健身队伍的行列。

Abstract:Whith method of documentary the paper expatiates on the principle and methods of Taijiquan from five aspects:the healthy function of Taijiquan,the relationship of health and Taijiquan,the theory of Taijiquan,physiological effect and exercising environment and time.The paper wish more people can understand taijiquan and will participate in this beneficial activity.
