| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会必须正确处理人民内部矛盾。文章针对新形势下人民内部矛盾的新特点,着重探讨了有效解决矛盾的制度建设,即建立公众利益表达机制、建立社会利益协调机制和公民政治参与机制。

| Abstract: | Handling the conflict among people is essential for constructing hamonious society.The author analyzes the new features of the conflict among people and puts forward some useful and effective suggestions on solving the conflict such as:establishing system of public opinions;building up the system of balancing social interest;establishing the system of public participation;building up and countermeasures. |
