| 摘 要： | 教学团队建设已成为当前提高教师素质和教学能力的重要途径。本文从教学团队的定义、教学团队建设的必要性入手，阐述辽宁医学院外语教研部教学团队建设的具体实践活动及成效，最终得出结论：各高校应该通过多种手段加强大学英语教学团队建设，从而全面提高教师的整体教学水平和科研能力。

Research and Practice on Constructing English Teaching Teams in Colleges and Universities |

| Abstract: | How to develop teaching teams for college English teachers has become an important way to enhance teachers’ quality and teaching abilities. A general introduction to the definition of teaching team, necessity of building this team and the specific practice and effectiveness on constructing teaching team for English teachers in our college is involved in this paper. Thus, great efforts should be done to strengthen the construction of the teaching team and eventually the comprehensive abilities of college English teachers would be largely improved to some extent. |
