| 摘 要： | 量化管理的唯科学论显现了量化管理在科研评价方面的局限性，但几年来公安院校依然以科研量化作为科研评价的主要方式，致使科研管理问题频出，本应严谨务实的学术研究出现了投机取巧、急功近利的不正常现象，量化标准取代了学术的实际价值，这些看似严谨的量化标准成了少数人获取名利的阶石。针对这些现象，有必要分析问题的根源，挖掘问题的症结，引导人们在实践中找出解决问题的方法与策略。

| Abstract: | Quantitative management of scientific theory revealed the limitations of quantitative management in scientific research evaluation, but over the past few years the public security colleges and universities still with quantitative research as the main way of scientific research evaluation, the scientific research management problems mount, should have the strict pragmatic academic research in the opportunistic, the phenomenon of abnormal, quantitative standard replaced the real value of the academic, these seemingly precise quantitative standard became stepstone of a few people who get fame and wealth. According to these phenomena, it is necessary to analysis the root cause of the problem, the crux of the problem, guide people to find out the methods and strategies to solve the problem in practice. |
