| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了区域经济学关于产业疏解三个比较有代表性的理论，包括集聚经济和增长极理论、产业梯度转移理论、区域空间结构演变理论。启示北京做好产业疏解工作，需要找准人口聚集背后的经济规律，积极应对集聚经济带来的极化效应，充分考虑梯度条件推进产业疏解工作，着力破除制约资源要素在区域内流动的壁垒，始终保持北京经济发展的核心竞争力。

The Enlightenment of Regional Economic Theories on Industrial Transfer in Beijing |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces three representative theories on industrial transfer on regional economics, including agglomeration economies and growth pole theory、industrial gradient transfer theory、theory of regional spatial structure evolution. These theories tell Beijing that, to doing industrial transfer better, Beijing should find the rule behind the population aggregation, consider the gradient condition to promote the industrial transfer, break the barriers which restrict the flowing of resources in the region, and maintain core competitiveness of Beijing’s economic development. |
