| 摘 要： | 我国施行改革开放政策已近40年，政治、经济和社会等领域都获得长足发展，进入了新常态时期。值得注意的是：民族地区部分农村却逐渐出现衰败现象，阻滞了新常态时期民族地区各领域的进一步健康快速发展。实现农村复兴的根基是土地，加快土地流转进程是实现民族地区农村复兴最为关键的举措。目前，我国学界对广西农村地区土地流转状况的研究较少，本研究在对广西部分农村地区展开实地调研的基础上，阐释了经济新常态下广西农村土地流转的阶段、诱发因素、方式与特征、参与主体等，并对土地流转进程的发展趋向展开分析。

Research on the Current Situation and Development Trend of Land Transfer in the Minority Areas---Take Guangxi as an Example |

| Abstract: | The reform and opening-up policy has been performed nearly 40 years in China. Polity, economy and society have developed rapidly and entered a period of Economic New Normal. It is worth noting that some rural areas of Minority Areas have deteriorated gradually. It impaired healthy development of all fields in Minority Areas Economic New Normal. The roots of rural rehabilitation is land. Improving process of land mobility is the key measure of rural rehabilitation in Minority Areas. Currently, the research of Guangxi land rural mobility is few. This article is related to the fieldwork in Guangxi rural area and give a clear explanation of the phase of land mobility, triggers, methods and features, participation body and so on, including the analysis of the developmental tendency of land mobility. |
