| 摘 要： | 经济新常态下,我国的失业问题更显严重,而结构性失业已成为我国失业的主要方面,对其研究有助于更好地解决失业问题。结构性失业主要分为制度型结构性失业、市场型结构性失业和观念型结构性失业。市场型结构性失业又可以进一步细分为三个子类型:供给滞后型、需求变动型和机制不灵型结构性失业。结构性失业的形成有其一般原因和具体原因,针对不同的原因和类型,可以采取针对性的解决对策。

| Abstract: | Under the new economic norm, our country's unemployment problem is more serious, and structural unemployment has become the main aspect of unemployment in our country, and the research on it will help to solve the problem of unemployment. Structural unemployment is mainly divided into institutional structural unemployment, market structural unemployment and the concept of structural unemployment. Market structural unemployment can be further subdivided into three sub types: supply lags, demand change and mechanism unhandy structural unemployment. The formation of structural unemployment has its general reasons and specific reasons, for different reasons and types, can take targeted countermeasures. |
