| Abstract: | From the perspective of Stakeholders Theory,this paper describes an analytical model on the construction of a risk prevention mechanism for financing of local universities based on their features as the voluntary sector.Besides,the author also discusses how to construct such a mechanism through policy methods,financing management,information communication and financing supervision. |
