| 摘 要： | 20世纪二三十年代山西省在全国率先施行义务教育过程中,首先遇到的是国民学校师资短缺问题,为了建成一支素质较高的教师队伍,山西省大力发展教师教育,加大了对师范教育的经费投入力度,改善办学条件,聘任一流师资,提高师范生的待遇,规范教学与管理工作,真正达到了提高师范教育质量的目的,从而形成了民国时期富有特色的山西教师教育体系,进而有效地保证了义务教育的顺利实施。
