| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查等分析城乡教育的均衡发展对城镇化的推进作用,得出的结论认为优质的教育是吸引人口迁移的重要因素,但是,我国城乡义务教育的非均衡影响了我国农村人口的迁移。基于此现状,提出了以乡镇中心学校的发展促进新城和卫星城镇的发展,促使城镇化布局的优化;充分发挥乡镇优质学校对边远和薄弱学校的辐射带动作用,提升农村劳动力向城市转移的能力;落实城乡儿童就学权利和就学机会的均衡化,提升农村人口转移的意愿等对策。
