| 摘 要： | ＂学者化编辑＂简而言之就是＂学者化了的编辑＂,提出这一命题是顺应中国学术发展的要求、编辑学研究和高校学报改革发展的要求。实现＂学者化编辑＂的途径主要有完善培训机制、竞争机制、激励机制,以＂特色栏目＂带动编辑学者化和实行弹性工作时间制等。
