| 摘 要： | 地方师范院校向综合化转型主要表现在办学目标、学科专业、培养模式和课程体系的综合化。在综合化进程中,教师教育在其发展过程中遭遇到教师教育资源的分占、教师教育学术性的弱化、师范生免费教育政策的期盼、综合性大学办教师教育等困惑,这正是发展过程中综合化和教师教育教育理念的博弈。地方师范院校内部势必在教师教育理论、培养模式、课程结构等方面寻求解决方案。
