| 摘 要： | 本通过西方用人制度的比较,分析历史化传统对高校用人制度的影响,从自然科学与现代生命科学以及社会实践的角度论证“近亲繁殖”给高校用人制度带来的危害,提出了改善高校教师学缘结构、解决“近亲繁殖”的办法。

| Abstract: | This paper, based on the contrast of employment system between the West and the Orient, analyzes the influences of historical and cultural tradition on college employment system; and it demonstrates that "inbreeding" brings about harmful results on college employment system from the angles of natural science, modern life science and social practice. Meanwhile this paper suggests some ways to provide a variety of sources for college teachers to solve the problem of " inbreeding". |
