摘    要:对于职业教育工作者来说,如何调控学生尤其是厌学学生对课堂学习的注意力,激发他们对学习的兴趣。是提高教学质量的关键。要把握这一”关键”,教师必须掌握”五性”。即:组织教学要有严谨性;教学语言要有艺术性;教学方法要有灵活性;教学过程要有情感性;教育手段要有策略性。

Abstract:It is important for higher professional teachers how to control students' interest in class,especially for those who are tired of study. When doing it, the higher professional teachers should pay attention to the following five factors: being strict in teaching organization; art in teaching language; variety in teaching method; emotion in the process of teaching as well as strategy in teaching skills.
