| 摘 要： | 突发公共事件并非都是突然而发生的，绝大多数都有一个演变、发酵而最终爆发的过程。政府部门和新闻媒体必须彻底转变观念，深入了解和掌握公众心理危机的一些规律和特点，认真剖析事件危机根源，积极尝试心理学的处置策略，有针对性地对公众进行心理危机干预，引导公众进行情绪宣泄，才能获取公众的信任和依赖，才能成功化解各种矛盾和危机。

| Abstract: | The paroxysmal public events are not break out suddenly; most of them have a process of development and ferment and then bring about the outbreak. Government and relevant departments must shift their views to understand and grasp the regular pattern and character of public psychological crisis in depth. If they analyze the essence of the crisis seriously and try to use the psychology strategy to interpose the psychological crisis, they can guide the public to release the emotional tension and achieve the public＇s trust and reliance to defuse a variety of crisis and contradictions. |
