大学生学习动机与学习适应关系研究

摘    要:大学生学习动机与学习适应关系研究主要是采用符合心理测量学原则的大学生学习动机和学习适应性量表,通过随机取样和整体取样,对某市高校380名大学生进行测试,得出如下结论:大学生学习动机存在性别差异;大学生学习适应性存在城乡差异;大学生学习动机和大学生学习适应性与大学学业成绩有很大的相关,达到显著性水平;高等学校必须加强大学生学习动机的培养和学习适应性的训练。

Abstract:The study on the relationship between the students' learning motivation and learning adaptation mainly adopts the table which corresponds to the psychological principles.It tests 580 students in a university through random sampling and overall sampling,and finally draws a conclusion: the students' learning motivation has sex difference;the students' learning adaptation has urban-rural difference.These two factors are closely related to each other.The universities must strengthen the training of the students' learning motivation and learning adaptation.
