| 摘 要： | 科技工作者是科技社团成立的基础。该文从建国初期科联、科普所采用的"科学工作者"和"科技工作者"的差别出发,梳理了科技工作者指代群体和标准的变化,理清了科技社团成员的变化情况,并明确了科协的工作对象是"科技工作者",它与科技社团成员之间的关系是包含关系。

| Abstract: | Scientific and technical workers are the foundation of sci-tech associations’ establishment. This paper starts from the difference of "scientific workers" and "scientific and technical workers" used by All-China Academy of Sciences’ Federation and All-China Association for Science and Technology Popularization in the early days after the formation of the PRC, combs the changes in groups and standards which scientific and technical workers refer to, then clarifies the changes of sci-tech associations’ member, and clears that the subject of the Association for Science and Technology is "scientific and technical workers", which is included in the member of sci-tech associations. |
