国有企业转岗职工再培训模式研究

摘    要:国有企业要在激烈的竞争中求发展,就要不断进行技术创新和结构调整,这必然造成一部分职工不能适应新的工作和产生大量的富余职工,使现有的就业岗位不断更替。要使原有的国企职工适应新的岗位,必须使其具有从事新岗位工作的知识和技能,这就需要对转岗职工进行再培训。而要想取得良好的培训效果,培训模式的设计至关重要。文章从我国产业结构调整和国企转岗职工的基本情况出发,就我国国有企业转岗职工的再培训模式进行了探讨。

Abstract:State owned enterprises have to have technical innovation and adjust their structure if they are going to survive the intense competition, which will arise quantities of redundant staff and workers who can't adapt to new work. To solve this problem, we must retrain these staff and workers in order to make them fit for new posts. If we have a superior retraining model, we can get good results. This article will explore the proper retraining model of staff and workers in state owned enterprises, in light of the adjustment of industrial structure and their changed positions.
