抗疲劳中药和跑台训练对大鼠红细胞抗氧化酶和Na+,K+-ATP酶活性影响

摘    要:将大鼠分为训练组和服药训练组 ,在两周内采用强度为 35 m/ s,坡度为 0的跑台训练 ,训练后进行速度为 38m/ s,坡度为 0的运动 35 min。服药组大鼠训练期间同时灌服中药。从测定红细胞内抗氧化酶活性Na+ ,K+ - ATP酶活性入手 ,探讨训练及大强度运动对大鼠红细胞氧自由基代谢状况发生变化的可能原因。研究表明 ,训练使大鼠红细胞内 SOD代谢情况发生适应性变化 ;大强度运动后 GPX活性的上升有助于细胞内 H2 O2 快速转化为 H2 O的能力 ;抗疲劳中药在一定程度上对训练中增加的氧自由基具有清除作用 ;训练鼠大强度运动后 Na+ ,K+ - ATP酶活性的升高有助于保持酶活性的稳定 ,抗疲劳中药在一定程度上改善红细胞膜转运 Na+ ,K+的能力。

Abstract:The rats were randomly divided into the training group and the administrated + training group. They were trained on the treadmill for two weeks with the intensity of 35 m/s and the gradient of 0. After the training they trained on the same gradient treadmill again for 35 min with the speed of 38 m/s. During the training period the rats of the administrated group were administrated with traditional Chinese medicine. Starting from the determination of the anti oxidase activity and the Na +, K + ATPase activities in the erythrocytes, the causes of the effects of training and intensive training on the change of free radical metabolism in erythrocytes of rats were approached. The results of the study indicated that training induced adaptive changes of SOD metabolism in erythrocytes of rats. After intensive training GPX activity increased, which was conducive to the rapid transformation of H 2O 2 to H 2O. To a certain extent the traditional Chinese medicine for anti fatigue cleared away the free radicals increased by training. The increase of Na +, K + ATPase activities was conducive to the maintenance of the steadiness of enzyme activities. To a certain extent the traditional Chinese medicine for anti-fatigue improved the ability of erythrocyte membranes to transfer Na + and K +.
