| 摘 要： | 对长沙地区5所小学的70名教师进行调查结果表明：城乡教师在信息素养水平上存在显著差异，且不同性另9及不同年龄层次的教师信息素养也呈现出显著差异，并在此基础上提出教师信息素养培养策略。
