| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放以及经济全球化、社会多元化的发展,青年学生的心理呈现出"六强六弱"的特征:历史使命感强,具体责任意识弱;政治上进心强,辨析问题能力弱;人生进取精神强,集体主义观念弱;成才立业愿望强,抗挫折意识弱;社会道德认同感强,基础文明素质弱;自立自足意识强,自律自强能力弱。这些特征的成因,既有社会经济、文化因素,也有个体心理因素。德育实践中,必须针对当今青年的心理特征进行创新,注意德育的渗透性、情感性和针对性,才能有的放矢,提高德育效果。

| Abstract: | Following the development of the reform and opening-up policy as well as the economic globalization and the pluralistic society,the young students' psychology presents the following characteristics of "six strongness and six weakness": the sense of historical mission is strong,but the concrete sense of responsibility is weak;the desire for political improvement is strong,but the ability to discriminate problems is weak;the human enterprising spirit is strong,but the collectivist sense is weak;the desire for becoming a talented person and building a career is strong,but the idea of resisting setbacks is weak;the sense of social ethics identity is strong,but the basic civilized quality is weak;the consciousness of being self-supporting and self-sufficiency is strong,but the ability of self-discipline and self-improvement is weak.In the causes of these characteristics,there are social,economic and cultural factors as well as individual psychological factors.In the moral-education practice,we should make innovations in accordance with present-day youths' psychological characteristics,pay attention to the moral education's permeability,affectionalness and pointedness.Then we can do it well with the definite purpose in mind to improve the moral-education results. |
