| 摘 要： | 现代企业不仅应该注重有形的企业制度建设,而且应当注意法律理念的塑造与培养。法律理念是法律文化的基础,也是现代企业的观念基础。现代企业的法律理念主要包括契约精神、诚信意识和社会责任理念。契约精神具有平等性和神圣性特点,是企业管理的基础性条件;诚信意识首先表现为企业外部的履约观念,其次表现为企业内部的权利义务的主动落实;社会责任主要是指现代企业的一种道义责任,是一种企业对人的价值和环境、社会的肯定和保护。

| Abstract: | Modern enterprises shall not only emphasize on the establishment of those visible systems,but also on the shaping and cultivating of legal ideas.Legal ideas are the basis of legal culture and also the ideological basis of modern enterprises.The legal ideas of modern enterprises mainly include those of social contract,honesty and credibility,and social responsibility.The idea of social contract is characteristic of equality and divinity,which is a basic condition for business administration;the idea of honesty and credibility first shows itself in the contract performing outside the enterprise,and then in the active realization of rights and duties inside the enterprise;and the idea of social responsibility is mainly a kind of moral duty for the enterprise,and it's an affirmation and protection of human values,environment and society. |
