| 摘 要： | 以北京市为例,运用经由问卷调查、个案访谈、非参与观察等手段取得的大量数据及其他资料,对城市流浪乞讨人员的生存状况进行了比较全面的分析研究,内容主要涉及城市流浪乞讨人员谋生地的选择、收入水平、生活状况、滞留时间、关系网络、自我评价等几个方面。对城市流浪乞讨人员的生存状况进行全面的分析研究,对于客观地认识这一特殊群体,建立、健全相关救助管理政策、法规与制度,具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | This paper,based on a large number of data and other materials by means of questionnaire,interview,and observation,took Beijing as an example to analyze the living situation of vagrants in the cities.The main contents involved vagrants' choices of making a living,the level of their income,time of staying in cities,self-evaluation,etc.This study has the practical significance for objectively recognizing this special group,and establishing the management system and regulations. |
