| Abstract: | Overcoming the farmer ideas,fostering the modern people's quality,is the key point and the difficulty of farmer worker citizeniztion,also,it is the key of which our country modernization will be successful or not.This article according to Changsha's typical case investigation,shows it is the main way for farmer worker that citizenization develops community education by many kinds of platforms. |
