| 摘 要： | 加强党的执政能力建设,是关系中国社会主义事业兴衰成败、关系中华民族前途命运、关系党的生死存亡和国家长治久安的重大战略课题.对这样一个重大战略课题,无论从哪个角度、用何种方法去研究与探讨.都是很有价值、很有重大意义的事情.今后应加强实证研究和比较研究,以及多视角、多学科综合研究,进一步探讨加强党的执政能力建设的内涵和外延,深入探讨加强党的执政能力建设的有效途径,探究加强党的执政能力建设的一般规律和特殊规律.

| Abstract: | An improvement upon the riding abihty construct of the CPC is an important strategy problem, which relates to the cause of Chinese socialist and the future of Chinese nations and the ruling status of the CPC and the safety of China. A study on the strategy problem by each method and upon each angle is a very important thing. We should reinforce the study by example or comparison, find out the better method of an improvement upon the ruling ability construct of the CPC and probe into both common ruling laws and particular ruling laws of an improvement upon the ruling ability construct of the CPC. |
