| 摘 要： | 受贿罪的刑罚，在量刑体系上对于贪污罪的依附、量刑标准的交叉与当今受贿犯罪的高发，反腐败形势的严峻显得不甚协调。鉴于此，通过对这一问题进行探讨，阐述了现行刑法中关于受贿罪刑罚的有关规定，并以此分析了受贿罪刑罚规定的主要缺陷，以期为受贿罪刑罚的完善提供有益借鉴。
