| 摘 要： | 社会个体资源（本）是导致个体社会分化的基础，社会标准选择倾向是导致个体社会分化的依据，社会匹配是导致个体社会分化的关键。在我国社会转型时期，应建立合理的社会匹配机制， 确定推动社会发展的社会标准选择倾向，制定满足社会个体追求占有资本和社会匹配的社会措施。

| Abstract: | The essay tries to fulfill the work from the aspect of social individuality. The essay points out that social individual resources used to be the foundation on which individual social differentiation is led to; preference for social standard is the basis on which individual social differentiation is led to and social match is the key. Furthermore, it contends that in the period of the social transformation of our country, the rational system social match should be set up; that preference for social standard which promotes the development of society should be fixed and that social measures to meet the need of social individual to pursue capital occupation and social match be laid down. |
