| 摘 要： | 近年来,图书政府采购频频,采购数量和采购金额都超过以往,这将对图书出版业产生极其深远的影响。出版企业如何应对政府采购成为出版人思考的重要问题之一。本文分析了政府采购的政策、法律依据,归纳总结了当前图书政府采购的领域、方式、特点及影响,并提出自己的建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the government procurement on books become more frequent, both its quantities and amounts are far from the past, which will have a profound impact on the book publishing industry. How to deal with the development should be one of important issues to publishers. The author analyzes its policies and legal basis firstly, and then summarizes the area, forms, characteristics and its impact, finally puts forward some suggestions. |
