| 摘 要： | 革命、建设和改革,是20世纪以来中国人民在中国共产党领导下全部奋斗历程的概括。"革命"是20世纪前半期中国社会矛盾运动的主题,党的群众路线是伴随着中国革命逐步走向胜利而日渐清晰与成熟的。"建设"一般视为新中国成立到十一届三中前这30年间中国社会发展的阶段性主题,社会主义改造与社会主义建设探索都是在深入发动和依靠群众力量基础上不断推进的。"改革"是以十一届三中全会为起点的30多年来中国社会主义发展的动力与主题,党的群众路线内涵不断获得新的丰富和发展,群众路线之"群众"也由抽象日益具体化,党群关系已经成为党的执政能力和执政地位的根本考验。在革命、建设和改革的历史进程中,人民群众是历史的创造主体,中国共产党也始终将"群众"作为所有行动的基本依据和考量标准,党的群众路线与党所领导的人民事业在深度融合、共生互动的实践中不断获得新发展。

| Abstract: | Since the 20th century ,the revolution, construction and reform are the concise summary that Chinese people all struggle un-der the leadership of the Communist Party of China.In the first half of the 20th century,＆quot;revolution＆quot;is the theme of the Chinese so-cial contradiction movement.Gradually along with the Chinese revolution to victory, the mass line of the Party became clear and ma-ture.＆quot;Construction＆quot;is generally regarded as periodic theme of Chinese social development in the 30 years between the founding of new China and the third plenum.The advancement of socialist transformation and socialist construction exploration are based on in-depth movement relying on the masses and power.Since the third plenary session as a starting point for 35 years,＆quot;reform＆quot;is the theme and power of China＆#39;s socialist development.Connotation of the Party＆#39;s mass line, gaining new enrichment and development,＆quot;the masses＆quot;of the mass line has increasingly become concrete, and the party-mass relationship has become the basic test to the Party＆#39;s ruling ability and ruling position.In the historical process of revolution, construction and reform, the people is the main body of history, and the Communist Party of China has always served＆quot;the masses＆quot;which is taken as the basis and standard of all actions.As a result, the Par-ty＆#39;s mass routine and the career of the people led by the Party constantly get new development in the practice of deep integration and joint interaction. |
