| Abstract: | This paper proposes that both comprehensive and vocational competence in the field of real estate marketing be concluded and defined by applying the approach of statistic analysis through the investigation of real estate and its related enterprises. In the light of the conclusion and definition, a method Of vocational competence-learning plus analyzing for the real estate marketing program is to be worked out, providing a foundation for the curriculum design and development. |
